With extensive experience as a Clinical Dietitian at one of Ireland’s leading maternity and women’s hospitals, I’ve witnessed how tailored nutrition can transform health, confidence, and well-being at every stage of life. Pricing Options
No, you don't need to bring anything. If you have blood test results, a food diary, scan results (eg. DEXA), list of medications or supplements that you are taking or anything else that would be useful, it is a bonus if you bring it. There is nothing that is necessary for you to bring. We can discuss everything within the session.
All consultations are held online for your convenience, allowing you to connect from anywhere.
Yes, we communicate between sessions via our app or email. We include this as part of the service and will check in with you on a weekly basis. Some clients like to do a weekly check-in form in addition to consultations. The communication further improves outcomes. Our policy is to respond within 24 hours with the exception of weekends and bank holidays.
Will I lose weight?
The programme is designed help you improve your overall health and well-being, and for many women, that includes reaching a comfortable, if this is your goal. It’s not just about weight—it’s about having more energy, feeling stronger, setting a good example for your kids, and making choices that support your long-term health. By focusing on nourishing your body instead of the scale, positive changes naturally follow, helping you build habits that boost both your physical and emotional well-being, leaving you feeling confident and at ease in your body.
Can I claim back on my health insurance?
As I am a CORU Registered Dietitian, services are redeemable on health insurance (potentially upto 75%), please check your policy or with your provider.
You will receive your plan within 2 business days of the consultation.
Payment of all services is required in advance. You can pay in full or monthly installments.
