Terms and Conditions

Please read carefully before booking your consultation or signing up to a programme. 

General Terms 
- Consultations are conducted via video call. By booking, you consent to the consultation and agree to complete an intake form with truthful, up-to-date information.

- Sinead O'Donovan Nutrition and Dietetics reserves the right to adjust the structure, content, or timing of programmes and services. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and all efforts will be made to minimise disruption.

- Clients are responsible for providing honest, accurate information during consultations and actively engaging with the programme. Failure to do so may limit the effectiveness of the advice provided.


Cancellations 

- Cancellations require 48 hours' notice to avoid fees. Missed or late appointments will be charged in full or deducted as one consultation from your coaching package.

- Appointments can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before without incurring a fee.

- Late arrivals will still be charged for the full appointment time, and sessions will end at the scheduled time without extensions.

Privacy and Data Protection 

- By using dietetic services, you consent to the collection and processing of personal data solely for assessments and treatment plans, kept confidential unless consent is provided otherwise.

Clients have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their data. Contact us at info@sineadodonovan.com; verification may be required.

- Occasionally, positive outcomes may be referenced anonymously to promote the brand. Clients will not be able to identify themselves or others from this information. If you wish for your data to be excluded, please let us know prior to the consultation.

Technical Issues 

- Sinead O'Donovan Nutrition and Dietetics is not responsible for internet connectivity or technical issues on the client’s side. If a session is disrupted due to technical problems, efforts will be made to reschedule at a mutually convenient time.

Service Provision and Liability 

- For 1-1 services, a personalised treatment plan will be created, but results cannot be guaranteed. You assume responsibility for incorporating advice into daily life and for any outcomes based on decisions taken independently.

- Nourish to Flourish and The IGNITE Programme require active client engagement. This includes attending scheduled calls, completing check-ins, and following provided guidance. This is your responsibility.

- Sinead O'Donovan Nutrition and Dietetics does not offer unlawful or unethical services, including guidance on illegal substances or unregulated treatment of eating disorders.

- Any changes you make following advice from a Dietitian under the Sinead O'Donovan Nutrition and Dietetics brand, you do so at your own risk. Sinead O'Donovan assumes no responsibility for any damage, health problems, or inconvenience caused by the use or misuse of information provided.

Refunds

- Refund requests cannot be honoured for 1-1 services or group programmes. Signing up for The IGNITE Programme or Nourish to Flourish commits you to the programme, and no refunds are available once course materials are distributed (e.g., workbooks, recipe book, information sheets, video content, or group access).

Consent for Recording 

-  Weekly Nourish to Flourish calls will be recorded for quality purposes or to provide playback for members who cannot attend. Participants will be notified in advance and can opt out by disabling video or audio. Recordings will not be shared outside the group programme, and you are not permitted to share the recordings with people outside the group.

Copyright

- All materials provided, including but not limited to recipes, guides, videos, and other resources, are for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or reproduction of any materials without prior written consent is prohibited and may result in legal action.

Nutritional Information & Disclaimer 

- The nutritional information provided through any programme, eBooks, social media, or other materials is based on years of study and research. However, it is general in nature and may not suit everyone.

- Before engaging in any new diet or lifestyle changes, consult your primary healthcare provider to ensure the program is appropriate for your health circumstances.

- Sinead O'Donovan Nutrition and Dietetics is not liable for any adverse effects resulting from the use or misuse of the provided information. The user assumes full responsibility for implementing changes and acknowledges that individual results may vary.

Specific Terms for Nourish to Flourish

Payments

- Payments are monthly recurring, regardless of service utilisation, until cancelled.

- To cancel your Nourish to Flourish subscription, you must provide written notice via email to info@sineadodonovan.com. The cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle.

- If a monthly payment fails, Sinead O'Donovan Nutrition and Dietetics and/or Stripe may resubmit payment attempts to fulfil obligations.

Cancellation

- If you cancel your subscription and choose to rejoin, a rejoining fee of €35 will apply. Please email info@sineadodonovan.com.

- Upon cancellation of your Nourish to Flourish membership, you will forfeit access to all programme materials and the private group.

Member Engagement 

- Members are expected to actively participate by attending scheduled calls, engaging in the community, and utilising available resources.

- Questions should be raised during group calls. 

Expectations for Results 

- Results will vary among individuals due to personal circumstances, adherence, and health factors. While the programme provides guidelines for success, it does not guarantee specific outcomes.

By signing up to The IGNITE Programme, you are agreeing to a 3-month commitment. Sinead O'Donovan Nutrition and Dietetics reserves the right to adjust the structure, content, or timing of programmes and services. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and all efforts will be made to minimise disruption. Clients are responsible for providing honest, accurate information during consultations and actively engaging with the programme. Failure to do so may limit the effectiveness of the advice provided.

Specific Terms for The IGNITE Programme

Payments 

- All services require advance payment by Credit/Debit Card (via Stripe).

- If you opt for split or monthly payments, they are recurring and automatically taken from the card number provided.

- Early termination requires full payment for the remaining period.

- You are free to cancel or terminate the provision of the service at any time and for any reason. However, no refund will be payable to you of any charges paid in advance (or those outstanding) unless the Dietitian agrees at her discretion to do so or where you have terminated the provision of the service because the Dietitian has breached these Terms and Conditions.

Minimum Term Contract 

- The minimum contract term for The IGNITE Programme is three months, regardless of service utilisation. Should you (the client) terminate the contract prior to the completion of this minimum term, you remain obligated to pay the full amount due for the entire three-month period. This minimum term is in place because meaningful results take time.

Free Discovery Call 

- The purpose of this call is to discuss your goals, assess programme suitability, and determine if we are a good fit for working together.

- This call does not provide specific nutrition advice or guidance. You are entitled to one free discovery call. If a call is missed without 48 hours’ notice, you will not be entitled to a second free call.

Dietetic Support 

- Support is available via email or the coaching app. Response times remain within 48 hours (excluding weekends/holidays).

- Direct communication outside the app or email is not guaranteed and is discouraged.

Expectation for Results 

- The programme provides structured guidance and resources, but individual outcomes depend on adherence and personal circumstances. Results are not guaranteed, and progress may vary.
